The difference between Skip Hoist Concrete Batching Plant and Belt Concrete Batching Plant

The hopper type and belt type of the concrete mixing plant have their own advantages and disadvantages, and can be selected according to the actual situation:

Bucket plant: The lifting hopper is used for loading, which can conveniently and efficiently load and dump aggregates, and can save 1/3 to 2/3 of the floor space compared with the inclined belt loading.

Belt plant: Belt conveyor is mainly suitable for mixing plants with aggregate temporary storage bins, thereby improving the productivity of the mixing plant. The belt station unloads the aggregate from the aggregate bin into the aggregate metering hopper, and then unloads it onto the running flat belt after metering, and then the flat belt is sent to the inclined belt conveyor, and finally sent to the waiting hopper on the top of the mixer to wait for instructions.
